  • PURCHASER INFORMATION

    What we do for you, the Purchaser:


    There are several reasons for transferring property from one owner to another. Commonly, the transfer is a result of a sale and purchase contract negotiated through a real estate agent.


    There are 3 separate entities that we as conveyancers bring together to make your property settlement and transfer easy for you, our client.


    1. The first is the contract to purchase the property
    2. The second is the contract with the finance institution to borrow money
    3. The third is a dealing with the Land Titles Office to register your transaction and become the owners

  • VENDOR INFORMATION

    What we do for you, the Vendor:


    There are several reasons for transferring property from one owner to another. Commonly , the transfer is a result of a sale and purchase contract negotiated through a real estate agent.

    2. The second is the contract with the finance institution for the mortgage which we must discharge
    3. The third is a dealing with the Land Titles Office to register your discharge and remove your name as the proprietor
