About Us
South Coast Conveyancing was formed in 1992, operating from offices in the Normanville Shopping Centre. The practice originally comprised one practitioner and later, an assistant was employed.

In 1999, the practice expanded to Victor Harbor Office. The Normanville office was retained and is now visited on Tuesday mornings.

South Coast Conveyancing has operated from the current site in Harbor Mall, 17-21 Ocean Street, Victor Harbor for the past four years. The business presently comprises four Registered Conveyancers and two support staff, with settlements being attended at the Lands Titles Office by an Adelaide Agent.
